Today’s scaffolding industry demands a qualified workforce which can only be achieved through ongoing training, Shore Scaffolding has a commitment towards qualifying our work force and maintenance of that qualification.

Operatives joining the company without qualification will follow the defined scaffolding training route, initially gaining experience within our yard before deployment to site as a trainee and subsequent progression through the stages of scaffolder training. Training is achieved using both the CITB, including apprenticeships together with other training providers.
